The cooperation with Wien IT company includes several projects and services. On one hand, there is business consulting for the CMS team, which is responsible for maintaining most of Wiener Stadtwerke’s websites. In addition to providing ongoing support, it is crucial to respond to new requirements, initiate the necessary processes and steps, and provide guidance and assistance to the customer throughout the entire process, from conducting requirements surveys and analysis to implementing and providing early life support.
Among other things, manual processes are to be automated and professionalized simultaneously. The integration of external tools and systems into the CMS system of Wiener Stadtwerke is to be completed. On the other hand, another area of responsibility includes project management within the CMS team. A high degree of communication, prioritization, and coordination is required between the different teams and at all levels.
