The “My KSV Next” program included the renewal of the company’s digitized sales channels, including the construction of a new webshop and the development of mobile solutions. In connection with the redesign of the external appearance, the need to redesign existing applications and the associated backend solutions arose.
The new identity of the company also required a change in the previous working methods and project culture of the employees. To establish this change in the KSV company in the long term, it was necessary to respond to each employee in the best possible way.
The managers concerned were advised and supported in the implementation to be able to optimally support their teams in the new challenges. In addition, training courses were held in the necessary project management methods and a toolchain for project-oriented work was established.
In addition, portfolio management was introduced with the associated procedures, processes, and reporting. This should ensure a structured overview and better processing of all planned IT projects in the company in the future.
