The project aimed to optimize and facilitate the work of the association by reacting to the constantly growing amount of data with the digitization of the entire sponsorship process.
In the first step of the project, a database was created with the existing data. To ensure data quality, security, and consistency, individual apps were developed with the help of which the data could be entered regardless of person, place, or time.
Automated processes ensure that the data is stored in the correct charts and that communication between the charts works smoothly. Furthermore, an interactive dashboard was developed to be able to call up information several times a day and to be able to gain up-to-date insights and knowledge about donation processes, donation payments, sponsorships, income, and expenses at any time. The work of the association was made easier and even more transparent and trustworthy.
