We are seeking a full-time IT project manager to enhance our team.

Your tasks include:

  • Conceptual and operative project work.
  • Project management planning and implementation of various IT projects for customers on site.
  • Independent takeover of (partial) projects as PM
  • The interface between management, software development, technology, consulting, and the customer’s department
  • Accompanying the project throughout the entire project life cycle through to successful completion
  • Processing and analysis of industry-specific requirements
  • Planning and maintenance of the project documents (project manuals, project plans …)
  • Carrying out technical, methodical, and administrative activities (sprint reviews, progress control, retros, refinements, to-do tracking, logging …)
  • Coordination and prioritization with adjacent projects or initiatives
  • Management-oriented processing of project results

Your profile:

  • Relevant professional experience of at least three years in the field of project management
  • Project management certifications are an advantage (e.g. PMA, Certified Scrum Master, etc.)
  • Experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of requirements engineering
  • CMS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong and goal-oriented communication skills
  • Structured, methodical, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Independent and responsible personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Confident appearance and professional handling of customers, managers, employees, and colleagues
  • Very good German and good knowledge of English is required.
