The program included the collection, optimization, and simplification of existing controlling processes and reports. It was necessary to create a holistic overview of all subprojects which takes into account and ensures the needs of various stakeholders. The aim was to generate a cross-divisional big picture across all relevant systems.
The horizontal and vertical communication between the decision-makers was thus optimized and uniform reporting was provided as a basis for understanding. The project and program management can now visually call up decision-supporting company information in the required quality with just one click via interactive dashboards.
