The project assignment was to set up a project organization that would not conflict with the daily business of the product organization in the future.
Since all organizational processes were designed for the product, additional new projects were in a conflict of resources in the past. In the first step, current processes in the company were examined, contact persons determined and the company organizational chart viewed. It was clarified which tasks relate to the project organization and which do not.
In addition, it was defined how processes must be rebuilt and supplemented to enable successful projects to function in the future. Furthermore, goals and non-goals were identified and necessary project documents were prepared within the project process.
From the pre-sales phase through the sales phase to the implementation phase and the early support phase, every project document was designed with the customer in mind. In addition, a separate area about project management was set up with the “confluence” project management tool, which also represents an onboarding base for future project
